Refund policy

Returns
You can return non-defective items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email barrett@beanvibes.com with your order number before sending anything back, and I’ll reply with the return address. Items should come back in the same condition you received them, with all included parts.

You’re responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once I receive the item, I’ll refund your original payment minus the original shipping cost.

Defective items
If your item arrives defective, email barrett@beanvibes.com with your order number and a description of the problem (photos or video help). I’ll get back to you about next steps.

3D-printed finish
Most BeanVibes products are 3D printed, so each unit has small surface variations and imperfections. These don’t affect how the product works and aren’t considered defects.
